Clicktate.com is a medical documentation and management tool only. It is designed to assist the user with the creation of medical office notes, the creation and maintenance of patient records, the facilitation of processes that a medical provider would use to administer patient care on a day to day basis, and certain administrative functions that are part of the normal running of a medical practice. It is not meant to replace the knowledge, experience, sound clinical judgment, and expertise of a medical provider.
